Assessments & Evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions
It is important to carry out proper mental well-being evaluation - assessment and planning so that you can effectively identify and address any issues or needs in this area such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders , postnatal depression, schizophrenia, problems at school, work and home. etc...This first step helps decide what kind of support you need. These steps are our INFO sessions.
Individual Coach Session - Virtual Counseling 1:1
The Coach \ Counselor will listen to the person's concerns and help them explore their thoughts and behaviors. Questions may be asked, provide feedback and offer suggestions for coping with to address mental issues. Clients work one-on-one with this Certified trained - mental health coach \ counselor in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. You only need a mobile, tablet or computer to connect.
Coaching Session Packages
Online Coaching Session packages customized for you. Choose your options that suit your needs. In general we recommend 6 coaching sessions to begin with, depending on your goals and level of distress. We have Mini packs 4 sessions / Medium packs 8 sessions / Large packs 12 sessions / Extra large packs 24 sessions / 1 XL pack 48 sessions / & more...
Psycho-educational Therapy
In these sessions we provide knowledge, information, resources, and coping skills related to a specific mental health condition or concern. Psycho-education improves mental health outcomes, empowers people with knowledge and tools, decreases stigma, and increases awareness within the community. You will learn your strategy to defeat your own self- sabotage.Examples of self-sabotage include procrastinating, neglecting to prepare for an important event, refusing to ask for help, and setting unreasonable goals.
Counseling for stress and anxiety
Stress is any demand placed on your brain or physical body, that affects your spirit.Any event or scenario that makes you feel frustrated or nervous can trigger it. Anxiety is a feeling of fear, worry, or unease. While it can occur as a reaction to stress, it can also happen without any obvious trigger.We help you understand the underlying causes of your worries and anxieties; learn how to relax; look at things with a new perspective and self control these situations.Breathe exercises and worship meditation are techniques that we use to channel it all.
Self-care and emotional management workshops
Self-care means taking the time to do things that help you live well and improve your spiritual, physical and mental health. This can help you manage stress, lower your risk of illness, and increase your energy. Even small acts of self-care in your daily life can have a big impact. We organize these workshops to help clients develop some key skills and personal attitudes to successfully manage any kind of situations.
